I used Dr. Linda A. Groene, MD, FACP a few weeks ago for an urgent care need and was pleasantly surprised by the experience. I went to the website to schedule an appointment, was able to choose the doctor that was the best fit for me based on bio information and the best time for my schedule based on doctor availability and heard back from a doctor within 15 minutes or less. This was one of the simplest urgent care experiences I have ever had and I will definitely be using Dr. Linda A. Groene, MD, FACP again in the future.
I have had one visit with my doctor. Your survey is a great irritant and I hope never to get another. That is the reason I would not recommend VIP to a friend. I cannot begin to appraise my interactions with my doctor since I've had one appointment. I feel that you are a great invasion of my privacy.

Conciencious, thorough and professional. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this Doc to anyone.
Dr. Groene takes a personal interest in my physical and mental health. I appreciate the patience and time she and her staff take with me at each of my appointments and when I reach out with health care problems. I don’t know what I would do without them.
