Thoughtful, patient, and a good listener. Dr. Katsman has helped me navigate health issues with incredible care. She researches options based on my insurance, provides great referrals, and I never feel rushed.
Was looking for a new doctor. Went in for a physical. When I got home and saw my visit summary there were a bunch of things written on the summary that we never discussed. I called daily for about a week to get the lies removed from the visit summary, but have been unsuccessful in my attempts. I keep getting the run around. If I am billed for anything beyond a physical, then I could only assume that there is some insurance fraud going on here and this doctor should be investigated.
Dr. Katsman is phenomenal! Her bedside manner is the best I’ve ever experienced. She’s a great listener and very thorough. Every time that I’ve visited her, she’s truly taken in all of my concerns and addressed them one by one. What I appreciate most is her holistic approach- lifestyle, mental, physical & medicinal. I’d highly recommend her for anyone looking for a primary care doctor.
I don't normally leave reviews but my experience was notable and wanted to share. Dr. Katsman has a very calming and kind presence. During my visit as she was checking my vitals, the earthquake happened and she ensured everything was okay. After the unusual experience she continued the appointment and did an excellent job listening to my wellness goals and ensuring there was a plan for each of the items I brought to her attention. I would definitely recommend Dr. Katsman!
Dr. Katsman is a fantastic doctor!!! She is so patient, kind and she is one of the best doctors I’ve ever seen. She always listens to any concerns I have (no matter how strange they may be). She always has great suggestions and solutions. It’s evident that she really cares about her patients. I’m always very thankful that I found her and am in her care :)
