Beware: I went in for a milia removal and they only removed 2 and asked me to come back for another visit and pay another copayment for it. Basically, the service I received was half and was told to come back so they can collect another payment. No thank you! The process should have been done in one visit but she refused to do it. Don’t waste your time and money when the service you would be getting is half and then set you up for another visit so the rest can be done. I took my son to see Dr. Lina Cardona near Waterford Lakes and had a great experience. She’s very confident and focused in her approach. You won’t get a lot of small talk or long back and forth, but what you do get is efficient, effective care. She quickly assessed my son’s skin tag and handled everything with a clear treatment plan. The entire visit was done in about 20 minutes. If you’re someone who prefers a long, chatty appointment with extended wait times, this may not be the place for you. Que mal servicio de la doctora Lina Cardona!No quieren trabajar con los seguros, y además tenía cita y me hicieron esperar 1 hora para decirme que tenía que hacer una nueva cita porque lo que me iban hacer tardaba 30 minutos! Desagradable y pésimo servicio.

Whoever the people are that answer phone calls to make appointments are the MOST distasteful people ever. They are slow, disrespectful, and frankly do not care about making patients want to come in to the clinic. I called for the first time and was told the systems were down, to leave my name and phone number and they would call me back, in the most annoyed tone ever. I have been a patient of Dr. Cardona and Mid Florida Dermatology for probably 10 years. The staff are friendly and Dr Cardona is the best! I do wish they would get laser at this location!
