Whoever the people are that answer phone calls to make appointments are the MOST distasteful people ever. They are slow, disrespectful, and frankly do not care about making patients want to come in to the clinic. I called for the first time and was told the systems were down, to leave my name and phone number and they would call me back, in the most annoyed tone ever. I have been a patient of Dr. Cardona and Mid Florida Dermatology for probably 10 years. The staff are friendly and Dr Cardona is the best! I do wish they would get laser at this location!

Thanks to Dr.Cardona my daughter was properly diagnosed for dermatitis when other 2 dermatologists diagnosed her with a skin virus. Her skin was so broken that she was bleeding along her forearms. Dr.Cardona took the time to do the proper testing before doing final treatment. It has been 3 years since my daughter has had an exacerbation thanks to her guidance and professionalism.
