Very efficient. Entire appointment went well and fast.
I was very disappointed in Tracy, the nurse practitioner. She is very abrupt and only gives you a few minutes of her time. I've had to make phone calls after the visit to find out about my medications. One of the responses I got to continuing to use my Cortisone inhaler was" whatever you want to do!" Not a very professional response. And I had to wait one week for the office to even call me back. I don't know what happens to Doctor's who lose their ethics and professional morals or why they think it's ok to speak to people yelling down the hallway, saying Quote What's the matter Kim you mad because your numbers aren't at 88 and you don't need your oxygen. End Quote. I thought I was in high school listening to some little brat. So unprofessional I have severe sleep apnea.
