I have been with Dr. Lin Chou for over ten years. She is very professional and nice.
Scheduled a new patient appointment back in January for April 11 because that was the soonest appt. Office cancelled the appointment without speaking to me, didn't leave a voicemail or any kind of follow up. Went in for appt to find out it was cancelled. Don't have any records of their phone calls. Won't be back/wouldn't recommend.
I always see Corinne, the nurse practitioner, and she is awesome. Always helpful and understanding.
