I highly recommend Dr Lily Vrtik and her lovely team. Dr Vrtik has exceptional attention to detail and the postoperative care provided by her and her wonderful team has been second to none. I am only 4 weeks post op after an Abdominoplasty and I am already very happy with my results. Thank you! 😊
After 4 confirmations and a deposit her team couldn’t organise a timely appointment. Waited over 35 mins in the waiting room. Receptionist failed to let me know in advance the Dr. Lily was running behind just kept saying 5 mins despite me seeing another patient get called into her office 5 mins after my appointment time? When I tried to get my deposit back I was forced to call some mystical office manager at another site and waste more of my time.
