I went to see Dr Lily Cha because I've been having some distressing issues. I had an ultrasound in an emergency department done in December and went to her months later. She didn't even bother to repeat the tests. She was pleasant towards me, but now I'm in the emergency room again. I feel this could've been avoided had she done a thorough job. Now I found out I need 2 polyps removed and I can't even reach anyone at Dr Cha's office. The voicemail is full. I will change this review if Dr Cha actually helps me and removes the ... read more
Dr. Lily Cha has been my Gynecologist for about 20 years. She has always been professional and never made me feel like a number. She was always thorough in my exams. Approximately 3 years ago I met with Dr Patrick Liao, a friendly, kind and caring Dr. He made me feel comfortable and explained everything as did Dr. Cha. I learned today that they are both retiring in June. I'm saddened by this news but I wish you both a very happy retirement with good health and new adventures. Horrible bedside manners… long wait and no follow up whatsoever… I would have given her 0 star. I don’t understand how a professional in a specialized field for women can be so dismissive and rushed… I am very disappointed with the service. I went to this dentist just to get my teeth cleaned. I had no pain or any kind of issue before the visit. However, they told me I had a cavity and filled one of my teeth without properly explaining the situation or asking for my consent clearly. Since they did the filling, I have been experiencing a lot of sensitivity and pain while eating or drinking anything hot or cold — which I never had before. I'm very disappointed with the treatment.
