I went after I started having major anxiety as part of pms. Her answer was a d&c. I was told it was a procedure. It was not till after it was over I was told it was a surgery. I was tossed a bottle of anti anxiety meds for the anxiety. It did not help what I went there for. I found out I had low progesterone when I went to a quick med place after I felt faint. Her staff is terrible, you can tell right when you walk in by their lack of actions they don't care. They charge you for office visits if you talk to them about anything else outside of your annual. I have been here waiting for an hour and a half to find out if I have cancer! I will never come here again!
Initially when I switched doctors I was happy but it did not last long. The wait time is ridiculous. You should not have to wait over an hour and a half to see a doctor each time. I work a full time job and would schedule appts on my lunch breaks and never made it back to work on time. This was my first pregnancy and I had lots of questions that did not result in good answers, and left me more confused. I've been struggling with severe anxiety for years. With my previous doctors, it's been manageable with medicine. Doug insists that I need to "solve my problems that cause my stress" instead of medicating. While in his care, I had to check myself into the ER three times to be medicated for having a severe enough anxiety attack I thought I was dying. She is an amazing doctor enough said :) She is helpful and she knows exactly what she is talking about. Whenever I talk to her, I feel like I have known her for a long time but I really have only been there twice.
I've been his patient for about 10 years. He has always guided my wife and I in the right direction and I am fully confident in his ability. His bedside manner is direct. Personally, I appreciate this, but I must admit that it has rubbed my wife the wrong way on occasion.
She was very nice and took the time to make sure she answered all my questions. She treated me with kindness and respect. Only problem I had was the staff has you fill out tons of paperwork and then still asks your birthdate, but that is my only complaint!
Every time I would go for a visit, he would stare at his computer, never at me. The computer is not the patient, I am! Also, he would never schedule me for routine check-ups to make sure I was doing all right.
Seems knowledgeable and very thorough, shows concern. Does NOT seem like a money doctor
