I was called to reschedule time, got there only to pay copay and am called back up to be told someone called me to let me know my appt was cancelled(they did not). Go back to SW office, no one in waiting room, wait half hour past my appt time to get called back to room, another 40min for her to come in just to check for follow-up. not very caring slow service terrible doesn't care about patient not good at answering concerning questions with pregnancy
I had the worst experience for my first pregnancy! Back in 2015 I wish I had read her ratings before !
Horrible, didn't listen or help, I left crying, and I will not be getting the help I need
Back in 2014 when I had my daughter she was very judgmental of my situation. I was 18 at the time. She told me at 4 months pregnant that I shouldn't gain anymore weight because I had already gained 25 pounds and I needed to exercise to lose any excess...I'm 5'4" and was 125 lbs pre pregnancy. After I had my daughter she kept pushing me to get on BC, even after I told her no way because it goes against my religion. She was rude and I will never go back to her again.
Arrogant. Not a good listener and always makes me feel rushed whenever I have to go see him. Fortunately, most of the things I see him for have been minor. If I or someone I loved had a serious problem, I would NOT recommend them to him. Great place to go for a flu shot, but he simply does not care and incapable of learning any more than his own opinions allow.
ZERO out of 5 Stars if I were able based on organization and overall professionalism. I visted Dr Leitch back in March, she was supposed to review my ultrasounds and call me back but never did so 3-4 days later I called and scheduled an appt. I was told by her staff that I would be receiving an ultrasound so I had my husband take off work. That day when she came in she was not at all pleasant or polite and REFUSED to give me an ultrasound and proceeded to argue with me after I was irritated at her wasting my time. She saved my life...twice. It doesn't get any better than Doc.
Made me feel uncomfortable and felt as if I was being judge then helped I left this place crying. I tried explaining my cramp pain that it effects my daily activity and was more or less blow off and my question nor issue was resolved. I've switched doctors since then.
