I have been seeing Dr. Placheril for my thyroid condition since 2020. She is great and listens to your concerns. She is easy to talk to and work with. I feel comfortable under her care and the office staff is great. She does not accept my insurance so I pay out of pocket just to see her. Worth it. Thank you for your kindness and helping me through my thyroid issues!
Never got a chance to see the doctor. My daughter had a referral from her primary. The front desk clerk was so rude and unwelcoming. I said damn the whole facility. That clerk was extremely comfortable. No way I’d accept that treatment from no one.
Dr. Placheril was incredibly patient, kind, and attentive throughout my appointment. She took the time to listen to my concerns, answered my questions thoroughly, and made me feel comfortable and heard. I'm so glad I waited to see her. I was originally referred to Florida Diabetes and Endocrinology, which was a very disappointing experience, but seeing Dr. Placheril was absolutely worth the wait. Dr. Placheril was so patient, kind, and understanding with me and my Hashimotos thyroid disorder. She not only treated me by lab results, but my symptoms. I felt truly heard and cared for. Even though the office is outdated, I didn’t mind as the care I received was spectacular. Highly recommend Dr. Placheril!
