If I could give 0no starts I would. Dr. Wu was supposed to send a referral for my carpal tunnel in Dec 2020. I never got a call from any one and life got crazy, so I started self care, but I couldn't make any improvements and my condition greatly worsened. I made an appointment on 5/3/21 she was supposed to fax a copy of my referral to me 5/18/21 still no referral. This referral was supposed to be urgent.
