Had a great experience with Sterling, AC issues, several of the big guys came and I was floored. I like local if I can find it a friend at Jake’s Brew Pub in downtown Littleton said to give Ken’s a call. Glad I did. He took a look, said we can fix the existing one, saving thousands, told me what he was going to do and when and how much…as delivered on all there, did what he said, on the day he said he was going to do it, and charges what he said he was going to charge.

Had Sterling give us a second opinion after a large HVAC company that my grandmother has used for years said she needed a new furnace due to what their tech said was a cracked heat exchanger. To be honest the furnace is over 15yrs old, however was working great last year and has been serviced regularly. Sterling after doing a full diagnostic found no cracks, only a dirty flame sensor that was causing the furnace to shut down, after cleaning the sensor and a gas adjustment the furnace is working exactly as it should!
