Back in 2022 I paid OUT OF POCKET about $2000 for a crown, fillings, x-rays and the lot. Was EXTREMELY happy with the service and work performed AT THAT TIME. NOW??....JUST THE OPPOSITE!!! The crown they made came unglued after only 2 years and they want to charge me $300 to glue it back. They want to charge all these EXTRA BS CHARGES like x-rays, exams and so on "TO MAKE SURE OF THIS OR THAT". WHY CAN'T YOU JUST SIMPLY STAND BEHIND YOUR WORK!!??? Dr. Liliana Janer is Awesome!! I had a dental emergency which was after hours. I called her emergency number and she answered!! I told her my issue, she interrupted her plans to accommodate me. Dr. Janer took care of my dental emergency!!! If you are looking for a great dentist, that is professional, patience and kind contact Dr. Janer’s office!! I have been going to Dr. JANER for many, many years. Her and her office staff are awesome. The lady that does the insurance verification was very rude. She explained what they were going to do and asked if that was ok with me. I told her yes that is fine and immediately asked for my debit card! I told her I was not paying until my services were complete. Then she proceeded to tell me they don’t accept my insurance. Absolutely wonderful dentist, always has the best service. Been coming here for 14 years, I've tried other dentists in the time and she has been the best!
