I felt so supportive from the entire team from Dr. Chen's office - Dr. Chen, nurse Kate, and assistant Maria. Calls were made and received the response on the timely manner with helpful medical advice. Highly recommend.
Dr.Chen and her nurse Kate are amazing. After a year of dealing with dismissive doctors and nurses, i finally found Dr.Chen who thoroughly listened to my concerns and understood that something needed to change. She’s also very compassionate and caring, something that you don’t find often with a lot of doctors. I’m so very grateful for the both of them.
It’s been 1 1/2 since my surgery and i still think how fortunate I was that day in the ER to have Dr. Chen on staff that weekend. Dr. Chen and her team were professional, communicated regularly with me and my family and were extremely kind and sensitive. Almost tow years later and my health has never been better - Thank you Dr. Chen!
