Worst people to speak to. They don’t fill a prescription like they are supposed to then when you remember to call them about it they tell you that cannot help that you need to make another appointment for that even though my paperwork shows that Dr Garcia stated that she was prescribing me a prescription. Then they proceed to state they will not speak to me and hang up. They are rude and disrespectful. Even worse when you are in the office. If I was dying I would never want them to touch me. Grave grave, mi primera vez en esa oficina espere casi dos horas para q me atendieran siendo la única paciente, me había levantado para revisar y me di cuenta q yo era el único paciente esperando cuando sale la enfermera y me dice q la dra. estaba con un paciente, fue mentira porq la vi en su oficina con la computadora, o sea ese es el personal q me dará mi seguimiento?...luego llevo 3 días llamando para cita de seguimiento sin lograrlo, nadie atiende las llamadas y cuando una lo toma me dice q no me puede atender q espere, ... read more

Mi opinion con la Dra Lilian C Garcia, es excelente. Muy interesada en ayudar y dar lo mejor a sus pacientes. Llevo mucho tiempo siendo su paciente y no la cambio

Doctor is not bad, she is a definite "protocol" but thorough enough. However the office staff is HORRIBLE and unfortunately you have to go through them to get to the doctors!! Also scammers in trying to overcharge patients for services and consultations, stay away!
