I have had a very bad experience. My son was supposed to get his braces off. His bracket came off so the front desk did not make him an appointment at a reasonable time literally it was a week after the bracket came off. Then the office told him that his teeth shifted and we need to make a new contract to add treatment for 6 more months and it would be 1200. more. I literally just paid 4500.
