My appt was at 1:00 pm they did not call me back untill after 2:45 and that did not happen untill I ask the receptionist did she sign me in. She had not signed me in nor gave the paper to complete untill I asked which is confusing because no one was behind when I was checking in.. when the doctor did see me I was out in 15 minutes. Have no complaints with Dr Simpson he has been a good doctor. My complaint is waiting over 2 hours to be seen when there were at least 4 people at the front desk at least 3 of saw me sitting there... read more
