I just finally walked out. Red Flags... 1) To easy to get the initial appointment. 2) The office staff is more concern with interacting with the office management software than you. 3) The office management system harasses you via excessive messaging once an appointment is set. 4) Dentist is demanding I pay an additional 3% for Credit or Debit Card payments... what? Excellent experience, my teeth feel absolutely amazing
Have been seeing Dr. Ly for many years. Her and her staff are very friendly, professional, and caring. My husband goes there as well. My kids saw her when they lived in the state. Dr. Ly even sponsored my sons high school marching band a while back. You feel like family when you're there. Dr. Ly and her staff are very knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend.
