Dr Klepacz is extremely knowledgeable. She has a wonderful bedside manner and is extremely reassuring. She took care of my mother in the emergency room and went out of her way to meet us there. She is an excellent communicator. She is clear and extremely personable. It is no wonder that she is heading up, the psychiatric emergency room at Westchester County Medical Center.
