Appointment was truly a waste of time and I left the appointment crying. 2 years waiting for nothing. Will not be back. Not to mention reception is terrible at her job took 3 weeks of calling 3 times a day to get my appointment set up. Reading the reviews because I am having an extremely difficult time trying to get in for my appointment. The administrator is indeed extremely rude. She called and said my appointment is delayed because I have not yet sent back a 4 questions questionnaire she emailed me. Well I never received it which I explained so she said she sent it again, not in inbox, not in junk. I have been seeing Dr Sanders since 2021 and he has been nothing but wonderful. I was hesitant to see him at first after learning he worked out of the same office as Dr Belland (found his name through The Endometriosis Network of Canada) as she completely dismissed my concerns and said endometriosis was not my issue, that I was just extra sensitive to pain, etc, and surgery would probably show nothing. Dr. Belland was amazing with my surgery. What a wonderful doctor and so talented at what she does I highly recommend her and her staff is amazing.
Doesn't even deserve 1 star. Dr. Sanders was supposed to help me with my fibroids, was put on a wait list for surgery, for a year in June 2023, June 2024 came and went with no contact and no care. Called the office, left a message, never got a call back. I am now suffering due to his lack of care. I feel like he wanted me to become infertile.
