Dr. Boyanton and Sheila ore great. Dr. takes time and listens. She answers all of your questions and you never feel rushed.
Calls are ignored and not returned. No one takes responsibility for anything in this office. Their got to phrase is “I have no control over it.” Patient problems go unresolved and no one takes responsibility. They are all “just employees who are doing as their told!” Worst attitude in any office I’ve ever seen!
Dr. Lia Boyanton has been my primary care physician for over 20 years. She is very open & honest. She has a kind heart & cares deeply about her patients. She is very thorough & explains your conditions carefully & honestly.
My wife and I have both been seeing Dr Boyanton for the past two years. She and her staff are always friendly, never rushed (which is rare nowadays), and attentive and supportive of our concerns. I suspect that anyone claiming a 'negative' experience were just describing their own negative (maybe entitled?) attitudes. It's always easy to schedule appointments. Office environment is cordial. Wasting your time, and playing games..Withholds life saving medicine to do cash grabs..I would not recomend this person
No I would not recommend. Dr's assistant has an attitude and very defensive. She did not provide courteous reply to questions and basically no help. Very unprofessional. Their referral office is poor, they referred us to the wrong specialist. I will find another primary care doctor.
