Cont: I really like you and you are my futst doctor when i migrated in the US so many years ago. I referred a number of friends to you because i really like you even though i have to py extra everytime i visit your office. I could not get a hold of you to let you know how horrible the situation was between me and my staff. No I am not asking for tgem to lose their jobs. Dr Worrell is a great Dr. he was courteous , patient , knowledgeable and thorough. He performed a laryngoscopy on me without any type of anesthetic and to my surprise I felt not discomfort at all. I’ve had several laryngoscopes in the past and the prior doctors always used anesthetic and Still I had discomfort. His ability to do this without drugs is a true testament to his skill. I highly recommend him.

I highly recommend Dr. Lewit Worrell. He is courteous, knowledgeable, and throughly explains procedures. He has great advice, that we were able to use effectively.

This doctor is arrogant, cold, heartless, and utterly devoid of compassion and empathy. The way this "medical professional" treated me was downright disturbing. He talked to me like I was absolute garbage. He did not examine me at all. He literally just smugly asked how he could help me. I prefaced my answer by telling him I have anxiety and I don't do well with doctor appointments. He had this judgmental look on his face. So I clarified in saying I didn't want him to think I was being rude.

Yesterday I had an endoscopic balloon sinus procedure done in Dr. Worrell's office. I could not have picked a better surgeon anywhere! In every respect he and his staff were first rate. I was awake during the procedure, though I was given valum and norco meds prior to the procedure. He took all the time I needed answering any questions before the operation and was so respectful to me and his staff always. First rate person, first rate surgeon. I highly recommend him!

This doctor owes me a refund for over payment of an office visit last August, which they acknowledged, and I still have not received it. I started calling the office about this last December. It's they same old stories, first the accountant was supposed to do it and then the doctor was but all I get is "check is in the mail" but it's not. If you are a patient here keep close tabs on what you have paid them because they don't want to give it back.

Dr. Worrell performed an emergency tracheotomy on me and continued as my doctor for about three months of follow up care. He also completed reconstructive surgery after the tracheotomy tube was removed. You would never know I had a hole in my neck. Absolutely one of the best doctors I've ever had!

To say the septoplasty went as smoothly as Dr. Worrell stated would be an understatement. Aside from needing to take it easy for a couple days afterwards, there was zero swelling or bruising, and the follow-up cleaning and check-ups were a breeze.
