Price was cheaper than other oral surgeon I saw. Office is older, but clean. Does not use excessive anestheitc, and I experienced slight, but not unbearable pain. Office staff is rude, insisting on payment upfront. Consultation fees are high. The implant feels like my own tooth and no problems with that. Parking lot has metered spaces for patients.
This dental office staff is all about the money. They don't do anything without insurance even if you offer to pay first. I am a cancer patient who was sent to him for a growth on my gum. The first appt. the staff hadn't received my insurance okay before the exam so I offered to pay for the exam out of my pocket and was told no. I called my insurance co. from his office and staff finally let me in for a cursery exam and scheduled me for the next week.
