She told me she put in an authorization to insurance and my son was denied. Meanwhile I found out a month later from insurance she never put the authorization. She completely lied to me and at the Consultation she clearly mentioned it will not be fully covered under insurance, when I have full coverage. Please be careful when dealing with insurance in this office. If u feel that ita not right, than go with your feeling. Thank god I didn't start work with her.
Even as an out of network patient, she still saw us and the treatment that a different dentist quoted $6,000 after insurance… Dr Lew quoted us $1,800 and saved us time and headaches with unnecessary procedures that other providers wanted to do on my 4 year olds teeth. I will be taking my daughter exclusively to Dr Lew going forward.
