Was very rude over email. I called his office 3 times just trying to get a call back and he would just email me instead. Also in the email he says how “urgent” my calls were and emails, but he made me wait a month to even try to schedule me. It wasn’t even urgent I was just trying to make an appointment. I never make reviews but this just didn’t sit right with me. Specially when you are working with people that are looking for a safe spot.

Dr. Heydrich is one of the warmest, kindest, most helpful clinicians you can hope to meet. To have him as my therapist is a privilege. He’s trauma informed and very culturally sensitive. My depression was extreme coupled with trauma. It was either therapy with him or going to the mental ward. I just completed my therapy with a complete recovery. Yes, I recommend him highly.
