My family has been a patient of hers for 12 years and I was informed today that I have been and I quote kicked out of her practice because I’m not a member of some club that cost between 200 to 400 a month. I have transferred with every where she has went from Quincy to Charleston. I never heard of anything like this. I would have gave zero stars if I could. I guess she only wants to treat rich people the average person doesn’t matter to her.
Love the staff and Dr. Tierney but you can't get in to see her when you are sick anymore. If you send her a message I never get an answer.
Dr.Letitia Tierney is an exceptional physician. She has been my trusted doctor for 3 years, always showing professionalism and compassion. She is accessible, even after hours and she takes the time to listen to my concerns; thoroughly explaining diagnoses and treatments. I lost my family doctor of 10 years which left no other doctor in the practice. I attempted to sign up with this doctor AND pay $1800 annually for extra care promised, which actually would amount to $450 per month for doing nothing. She would NOT be bothered to even speak to me because I have been prescribed a scheduled medication for close to 20 years! Shame on you! So glad I didn’t waste my money! YOU missed out on an easy patient with a proven record of responsibility.
