The doctor gave me the diagnostic, however the surgery I needed is too expensive here & I would of had to wait even longer, so I underwent it in Juarez. Now that I need the time off, she won't give me those days to cover my absences for work even though I sent her confirmation papers that I did indeed underwent surgery from the other hospital. Love Dr. Hernandez, she’s an excellent professional and has supervised all my pregnancies but her office staff, front desk and office manager are terrible “professionals”. I was scheduled for a pregnancy follow up appointment at 3:30 pm, it’s 5:30 and I’m still waiting to be seen. Double booking is an unacceptable practice that needs to be eradicated. All medical and office staff are getting paid as long as they’re in the office but who compensates me for the 2 hours I’ve had to wait? Terrible service! To make things even wo... read more
Appointment for my wife originally was on December 10 2024 at 330pm didn’t get seen till 530pm asked what was going on at front desk front desk lady said my wife’s next than out the blue they called another person before her so yes one star review for service and for lying to my wife coming from front desk lady but the doctor is still good
I have been with Dr. Hernandez for over 18yrs. She is very knowledgeable and delivered 2 of my kids. I truly trust her and her team.
Dr Hernandez was great. Very down to earth, but very knowledgeable! Very kind as well.
