This person for some reason has denied me from getting an MRI. She reviewed this on behalf of Cigna. What in the world makes her the deciding factor in my care. She’s denying me care without even seeing me of which I would not trust this person to render aid to me. Terrible treatment!.
Had an appointment set up. So I show up and doctor is not available. I never got a call to notify me. 2 other people showed up after me also with appointments and no notification
Dr . Cantu has a sweet personality n seems to care very much. She has controlled my high blood pressure to a normal rate now. I am very pleased I choose her!
She really listens and has a great bedside manner.
