I absolutely love this practice and in the very short time I've been going there, they've done more for me than any allergy practice than I've ever been to. I just got a call from my doc, she was just checking on me.. after hours. That's how much they care. I can't say enough good things about them. If anyone is looking for a excellent allergy doctor, this is definitely the place you want to go. I see Amanda Shortridge and she is the best!!!
My daughter’s symptoms were always ignored by the providers and nobody is friendly. Always had a negative encounter with the staff. We ended up switching to another ENTs office where her issues were addressed and the staff are much nicer and willing to help.
I’ve had a very positive experience with this office so far they are really nice and actually trying to help me I have a upcoming surgery for tonsil removal and I’m nervous but so far so good a way better experience then my last ent
If I could give 0 starts I would!! I brought my 4 year old to see them because of horrible allergies and they do blood work and we find out she has food allergies I get the results on a Sunday so I know I’m not going to hear from the dr until Monday or Tuesday. I end up having to call the office twice before the NP will review my daughters results then the what I assume is the assistant calls me with the results and was annoyed she even had to speak to me my concerns were completely brushed off.
