Dr. Ballard is the only doctor I have ever seen that treated me as a person she cared about. She remembered me, my health, my situation every time I saw her, no matter how long it had been. I am so dissapointed to see she is gone from Premier Primary Care, and the doctor I have now, well, Im sure you can figure out my opinion. Leslie, where ever you are, you sure are missed and I hope to one day find you in an office where I can be your patient again. Your heart is amazing!
I really like Dr. Ballard, she takes her time with you and explains everything to you. She is very sensitive and shows empathy to her patients. Would love to find out where she is now. I would follow her to whatever new practice she went to.
Waited 2 1/2 months for an appt. Went to my appt. 15 min early so I could do paperwork. Gave the lady my ins. cards. Ladies response. I'm sorry we don't take your secondary ins. so we cant see you. Then she says...cancel your secondary then we can see you...after you can show proof in writing that it's canceled... then we can make you an appt. I'm sure Dr. Ballard is great, but the staff isn't. 2 1/2 months for nothing!
