I like the Doctor she is great,but you can call and call to get an appt and leave multiple messages and noone calls you back,so i end up always overpaying and having to go to the walk inn.
I have been seeing Dr.Leslie since her days in Coral Springs. Always professional and takes time to listen.
So sorry to say last time I had an appointment with Dr. Hurwitz I had the worst customer service experience from the receptionist. I had brought my mom as a new patient and she had an appt around 11:30 am. When I walked in the receptionist an elderly person only wanted to collect $17 and when I asked her what it was for she had no idea. My moms copay is $50 not $17 and as a patient I have the right to know on documentation what I’m paying for.
