As someone who is trying hard everyday just to get where I need to be based on the compassion and kindness of others, 5 minutes and human decency adds up to all the difference in my life. I called to inform you I was on the way and arrived before closing time at 5. You saw me. It wasn't 5. I'm sad I still can't see clearly. So sad.

So I have been going to this clinic for 5 years and I have never had any issues with Dr. Faulkner herself. However today, after being told my glasses were ordered, I found that not to be the case. 2 weeks ago I ordered my annual prescription and was told I could pay when I picked them up. That turned out to be a lie. I have never not been one to pay my bills, and fully intended to pay my bills. I have to brag on the staffing here! They are AMAZING! I have been going here for years and never have had a bad experience with anyone. Dr Faulkner is wonderful and knows her craft as well.
