I saw Dr. Hai today 8/13/24, because vertigo and poor balance. I am a retired neurologist, so I think I can judge the quality of care. Dr Hao is a very competent and knowledgeable ENT doctor, I have not enough words to recommend her!
Dr Hao is competent and compassionate. She takes as much time as the patient needs and is a fabulous diagnostician. I recommend her highly
Dr. Hao is very competent in treating Vertigo cases. She prefers the therapy treatment to medicine. She is pleasant, listens and explains without making you feel rushed. I certainly recommend her.
Worst experience I ever had with a Dr. I took my 95 year old mother to get her ears checked by Dr. Hao last week. Dr. Hao treated my mother with no respect, was rude, said mean things like 'your teeth are horrible'. She had no patience when removing wax from mom's ears and chastised her when she moved her head a little. I called Dr. Hao the next day to tell her how we felt. Her response was 'I had a bad day'. No excuse to treat a 95 year old woman so poorly.
