Brought my adult child in to see Dr Coleman (at the behest of their Rheumatologist who recommended seeing AN immunologist NOT necessarily this immunologist) bc they had been experiencing systemic responses to certain triggers. She didn’t take her medical history (no forms) basically asked what the issue was, threw some possible causes out that made zero sense based on said history that she neglected to take - no examination. It was completely unprofessional. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PRACTICE!
I’ve had multiple visits in Dr. Coleman’s office. Each time I was greeted and didn’t have along wait to see her. My first time visiting her office she thoroughly examined a reaction I was having. She gave me the best next steps. My follow up appointment went just as well. I appreciate that her office manager David provides expeditious support. Called in a few mins ago male receptionist very rude and sarcastic on the phone. I called for info about what insurance this practice is in network with and he told me to walk in when I requested an appointment. He didn’t even take my name, dob or phone number but told me my appointment is scheduled which clearly it is NOT because I’ve never been here. When I asked to speak with someone else he refused to let me speak with someone else. Will not be scheduling here ever again!
