Receptionist is the most unprofessional doesn't answer the phone. Doesn't do her job as she is supposed to. Dr Cohen is good but unfortunately the Receptionist just don't do her job. I'm not happy at all. Unfortunately Dr Cohen is away now so need to see him as had such a bad experience since he was away. Been trying to sort my mom's medication for now 2 weeks. NOT HAPPY AT ALL !!!
tried walking in to Dr. Cohen clinic. Waited for a while and when the receptionist came. She was so unapprochable and speaks very rude. I immediately, walk out. Because i dont want to talk to that rude receptionist. Waste of time
We are so lucky for being patients of dr Cohen. He is knowledgeable, calm, good with kids. He is very attentive and helpful - we don’t have major health concerns, but he never refused a test. Amazing doctor!
While Dr. Cohen himself is great, he NEEDS to address the issue of his receptionist, Mabel! There are countless reviews on RateMyMD referencing her awful performance, and yet nothing has been done to fix it. She is complete chaos! NEVER picks up the phone, when she does she will try to hang up as soon as possible! Refuses to do BASIC aspects of her job, such as faxing prescriptions over to your pharmacy. Dr.Cohen is a very experienced and with the very good patient to listen about what my feel. What he chose the medication very efficient to my illness. He will be explain very detailed about what happened. I'm so appreciate to have Dr. Cohen to look after me.
