Zero stars, negative stars if I could. Quite honestly the WORST experience I could’ve experienced as a new mom at my newborns 1st appointment. 1st, the doctor had the wrong records & patient information. I finally had to ask “are you sure you have the right patient information?” Then she realized she had the wrong records. Completely unacceptable. She was extremely off putting, dismissed every true question I had & never actually gave any answers. Just don’t waste your time even bothering be seen here.
Highly recommend this doctor. I have to address my experience in contrast to the couple of negative reviews I saw. Dr. Coello is very efficient and to the point, while treating her patients with humanity. She is unafraid to address any potential issue - weight, cancer risk and screenings, mental health - and for sure, there are many doctors who are too afraid to address these issues head on.
