The doctors are awesome! The office staff, not so much!! Never return calls, when they do answer the phone they place you on hold and after 10 minutes switch you to the answering machine. I’ve asked repeatedly for clarification on orders or assistance with patient portal, NOT ONE CALL RETURN!! As much as I like the doctors, I may need to find a new provider due to lack of patient support from office staff
Dr. Glover is an awesome doctor. Her staff is first rate. I have been a patient for over 10 years.
This review is not directed at the quality of care, simply the level of customer service and followup. I or a member of my family have used this office for a couple years. Calls are not returned, wait times have increased, and for the last time, I drove back to their office to get simple test results which could have been handled over the phone. I'm not sure Dr's, Hospitals, Dentists and alike, get the digital age yet. They are no different than a plumber, housekeeper, or other service provider. Provide bad service, expect t... read more
