Dr. Glover is amazing if you can get to her. 5 stars for Dr. Glover. 1 Star for the Medical Administration. I've been with the provider for over 20 years, and just have tolerated the rude staff and administrative/billing errors because I think Dr. Glover is SO good. BUT, you really can only go if you are super healthy and go only for annual well visits-or have a previously scheduled follow-up. This Doctor came recommended by my OBGYN office. I was wondering why a good doctor with so many years of experience would have so many bad reviews but I looked pass the bad reviews since the good reviews are really good. Excellent Doctor no trouble with staff
One of the worst customer service I’ve ever had to deal with. They changed from a private practice to a corporation, and if you refuse to leave your credit card on file for them to run payment anytime they feel like it. So if you change doctors and not happy with the new Doctor you saw and want to go back to comply of leaving a credit card on file they won’t take you back as a patient just goes to show you. They’re all about money and not patient care.
The doctors are awesome! The office staff, not so much!! Never return calls, when they do answer the phone they place you on hold and after 10 minutes switch you to the answering machine. I’ve asked repeatedly for clarification on orders or assistance with patient portal, NOT ONE CALL RETURN!! As much as I like the doctors, I may need to find a new provider due to lack of patient support from office staff
