I saw Dr. Pacheco for over 20 years for osteoarthritis. In 2021 my health took a turn for worse. He said lupus based on a punch biopsy (performed by my pcp) and my rash. Dr. Pacheco does not like to be questioned or disagreed with regarding his treatment. Once you do he immediately fires you as a patient, and with no remorse.
This guy has one foot out the door to retirement & could care less whether you survive the day or not. Doesn't return calls, provide any guidance on meds/dosing/tapering (particularly, steroids) & if/when he can't Dx you, he gives up entirely.
Office staff is incompetent, don't return phone calls and can't figure out how to admit a new patient.
