Kind, patient staff are reason for my 5 star mark. My son is just under 4 years old. The dentist and staff at this office are very patient with kids being kids. Every time we visit, the staff are friendly, gentle, and encouraging- even when my son refuses to open his mouth. Receptionists helpfully schedule appointments around naptimes. The dentists and hygenists are good with kids, knowledgeable, and produce good work. (My squirmy boy had a beautiful filling!) This is by far the worst dental practice I've ever been to. If I wasn't stuck in the middle of an invisalign treatment, I would have left a long time ago. From the very beginning, there were issues with appointments running at least 45 minutes behind schedule. After the first few times, I requested they call when they were late so I could avoid taking unnecessary PTO but they failed to make the courtesy call. My kids used to go to her when she was still at Nazareth Dental. I used to like her there. But when I took them to her at her new place (Trinity) I was really mad. I had an appointment for my 3 and 5 year old. Dr. Lipumano was terrible. She literally took less than 1 minute to do an oral exam, and ran out. I had some questions, but she didn't have time to listen to that. Then the assistant came to do x-rays. I told her I would only do x-rays if there is a reason for it other than routine.
