AMAZING DOCTOR PORTUGEYS. I did my root canal here and right now I don't feel any pain. Front desk girls super nice and helpfull, they helped me with filling my papers. By the way $50 includes towards to you procedure payment. Also they give 5% discount for cash payment which is great. I highly recommend this place for root canal treatment. Doctor Portugeys is super nice and professional doctor.
The office is a SCAM- charged $50 to make an appointment that they said will refund if you cancel ahead of time, cancelled my appointment 1 week before the actual visit, but checked my credit card bill and still had the $50 charged. When I called back front desk was very rude, not apologetic at all. So if I never checked my bill they would just take the $50 for nothing - such a SCAM and terrible customer service, still waiting for my refund. Dr Portugeys is a special doctor. Professional, kind, humanistic, rare amongst healthcare providers. My mother was so lucky to end up in his hands. She was going through a lot personally and he supported her throughout with the greatest bedside manner, alleviating her fears, eliciting all her concerns, active listening and being kind.
