Dr. Basovich is an excellent doctor. He takes time to explain everything clearly and patiently. The wait was long, but despite that, everything was excellent. Highly recommend.
Horrible scheduling and timing. The ladies at the front desk sit and talk on the phone having personal conversations that have nothing to do scheduled appointments no wonder it’s hard to reach out and speak with someone. Unacceptable. If I could give 0 stars I would. And I understand it’s a family business or whatever but he needs to hire people who speak proper understandable English.
