I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic. I waited for over an hour, while the staff appeared disengaged and unresponsive. Calls were not answered, and it seemed like employees were more focused on their phones than assisting patients. This level of service is not acceptable, especially in a medical office where patients expect timely care and professionalism. I hope management addresses these issues and improves

Hi. I don't recommend this doctor. Unfortunately, I decided to see this doctor and this office. I started having health problems, minor pains, and I can't go to the emergency room. When I called to get an appointment, I was told the next available appointment was in 2.5 months. I asked if I could see the doctor sooner, but they said maybe they'd get an appointment sooner and I'd have to wait. I'm feeling worse and worse every day. First off, this place is odd. It's a very uncomfortable experience. The doctor's bedside manner is unpleasant. He speaks very slowly and quietly. I'm not sure why, but it feels condescending. He also dismissed all my medical concerns and stated that they are "normal" with no explanation. He makes unnecessary comments like you need to smile more and speaks to you like you don't understand the importance of medicine and safety, stating, "It's not candy."
