Unable to get past office staff to make an appointment. We are insured but apparently that isn't enough to be accepted as new patients. The office staff is incompetent, unprofessional, and never bothered to call back after having to "check" on our acceptability.
It is difficult to get an appointment with Dr. Nyland. He usually has a npn or a PA to see people with common symptoms. Dr. Nyland has been practice many years. You usually wait. I don't care for the current NPN. He is one of the best in our area.
Doctor and nurse was very nice and helpful. The front desk on the other hand was rude and had no sense of being discreet.
