This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at an Urgent Care/Doctor’s Office. I had scheduled an appointment on Zocdoc which the office had canceled at 10:40. Mind you my appointment was at 11. Then I’m trying to set up a new appointment and the link that they are trying to send me to confirm authorizing my card did not go to my phone. After getting off the phone with them, all the links come through. This office just seems unorganized. Lamentable como es la atención en este lugar. Me fui hacer un examen médico para mi trabajo. Y lo que hicieron es no hacer nada. Me dijeron que era mi obligación hablar de lo que yo quería al médico. Cuándo es él quien tenía que decirme mis opciones. Yo no soy médica no sé si hay otros métodos !
