It has now been a FULL WEEK since I came in for treatment and still no one has followed up with me with my test results. I am in physical pain that has worsened since I came to truhealth. I am disgusted by the amount of negligence and the inability for this practice to provide timely follow up for serious health conditions AS AN URGENT CARE. This is unbelievable. Very friendly and competent staff, especially Dr. Kassis, Primary Care Physician. Very well organized with technology where all data are verified and reverified as a matter of process to eliminate any misdiagnosis or patient mix up. Very impressed and already made recommendations!
Dr. Terri and her assistant Zo are absolutely wonderful! Dr. Terri truly cares about her patients — she takes her time, listens carefully, and always makes you feel comfortable and supported. I’ve been a patient at truHealthNow for over six years, but this practice has become completely unprofessional. I had a virtual appointment with Dr. Strobel at noon—it’s now nearly 2 PM and she never called, nor did anyone from this office notify me that the doctor was running late or canceling my appointment.
