Dr Ilkhanoff cancelled my most recent appointment (scheduled for early November, 2024) and never attempted to reschedule. I received a text message in November or late October, 2024 indicting the appointment was cancelled and never received any kind of followup. I'm now faced with a discontinuation of required medication and no renewal notice to my pharmacy from him or his assistant.
