I would give zero stars of if I could. Prior to his practice shutting down (Oro Valley Smiles), his receptionist called to let me know my crown was in and they could fit me in that day. I told her I could come another day if he was in a rush. She said d he had time. He gave me the option of numbing (never happened in my life). He referenced the time it would take to work (that’s should’ve have been my second red flag. Dr.Gerken and his staff are incredible! He goes above and beyond every time I come in for a visit. I had to come in for a filling today but I was very anxious because of bad experience with another dentist in the past. However, Dr. Gerken and all his staff took the time and care to make sure I felt comfortable during my entire appointment. He truly cares about his patients and takes pride in his work. I highly recommend going to his practice for all your dentistry needs
