I like Dr. Berkowitz but the staff and the service sucks. You can’t get through to speak to anyone. When you finally get a call back, it’s his incompetent MA who has zero interest or empathy for what you’re saying. It’s like they have a script to repeat the same thing even though you explain the situation. Dr. Berkowitz never available to speak with you without a visit. I only write 1's and 5's. 1 is a public warning, 5 is I've done the research/have the experience, GO HERE. My grandmother taught us to be + see the best. My 2 MD brothers are at Johns Hopkins Prof Emeritus Neurology and U of Michigan Neuro-opthomologist (only 400 in USA). Was referred to him in 2018 after a truck rear ended me. I'm fine thanks to him + his referrals. Dr. B is EXTREMELY thorough and nice guy who listens. When I've had issues, he's suggested dietary changes to avoid pills.
