Tried to move dermatologist but have to pay to ask if they will continue treatment I am on. Response: This is my personal experience with your practice and that is what a Google review is for. Lots of people have great things to say about your practice but not everyone has hundreds of dollars spare. Never ever ever go here if you want a user friendly experience. I was advised that the welcome letter advised a referral is required for medicare refund, it did not. I was then advised if I get a referral, the refund would be processed, it was not. The staff failed to mention the referral had to be back dated, and GPs will not do this. Essentially, the staff here knowingly sent me to get a referral that they knew I could not use. My wife and I both see Dr Leona Yip on a regular basis. We find her to be extremely professional and knowledgeable which is very comforting for us as patients. All the staff at Skin Partners are also very helpful, pleasant and efficient. We highly recommend Leona and her team.
