Front desk rude. Nurse rushed through my first iron infusion by squeezing bags. I told her it felt funny. Ended up four nights in hospital because it made my blood pressure extremely high (NEVER had a high blood pressure reading). Be careful!!
Dr Tio used to be great, but I just left his office in complete tears due to his Office Manager. I just switched to him to be my PCP and on the 1st visit, he passes me off to his PA. Now, I was in the hospital and missed an appointment due to this and his office manager texts me a $100 no show fee. (The fee is only supposed to be $50). What an amazing experience at Clover Internal Medicine today! From Gabi who took my vitals to Jackie who scheduled my next appointment, this is a top-notch group of medical professionals. Can I possibly say enough good about Dr. Tio? He listened patiently to my concerns, thoroughly answered my questions, and made me feel validated. Dr Leon Tio, seems to care about you. He sits and listens and takes his notes then gives his recommendations. Everything about my 1st visit was great, everyone in the office was kind, respectful and helpful. He is now my new primary doctor. I recommend this place to anyone seeking a new primary doctor.
Dr. Tio and his office are superb. He is knowledgeable on new medications and treatments. He and his staff are friendly and helpful. I have been looking for a great doctor and I finally found one.
