Miserable experience. Dr.Bynoe is arrogant, condescending, and unprofessional. His equipment is about 20 years old and the pictures of my retina were of poor quality,much worse than those taken at the optometrist. Go elsewhere for care.

Great specialist, great staff! Dr. Bynoe is one of the few doctors that truly cares about his patients health. He`s been taking care of my retina inflammation for the past 10 years. Thanks to him, and his wise advice of changing my diet a few years ago, I managed to keep the inflammation down, and I don`t need the treatment for now. He has helped me way more than my endocrinologist! I`m extremely grateful for that.

I would NEVER recommend this doctor. My husband had a vitrectomy a number of years ago. The doctor told us this was an easy procedure. Neither he nor his staff told us possible dangers or post surgical complications. He lost vision. The doctor let this condition go on without any corrective efforts. Neither He nor his staff expressed any caring or empathy towards their patient who had vision prior to this surgery. They never called. They didn’t care. There is not a score low enough to rate this doctor.

Apparently his receptionist also has a medical degree and is able to tell someone over the phone that they do not need a medical doctor regardless as to who told them otherwise. I instantly hung up and called someone else who was able to schedule my appointment.
