Vicky at the front desk is rude! Her people skills are definitely lacking. The way she spoke to someone just out of the hospital for a major health issue with no insurance is unacceptable! She made me feel like a criminal after being told on the phone a few days before that I could make payments for the appointment she insisted I needed to produce the full payment immediately! She is lucky the rest of the staff took excellent care of me or they definitely would have lost a patient today!
